Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cook and Server. Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards
• Cook dishes according to for service that day in our display fridge and hot counter
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
• The hours will be week days Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9-4pm Thursday 10-3pm
• Assist in setting shop areas, including table arrangements and cleanliness standards
• Take customer orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests when possible
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas by following sanitation protocols
• Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between cooking, serving, and clearing tables as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work is essential.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments will be advantageous
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients is needed
• Strong communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction, learn new skills, and contribute positively to team goals

Pay: £12.71 per hour
