About The Role As a Cook B, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, supporting the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes.

You will work closely with senior chefs, contributing daily to the smooth operation of the kitchen, consistency of flavors, and refined presentation of every plate.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation and execution of menu items under senior chefs' guidance
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
• Support kitchen operations during peak service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Assist in inventory handling and food storage
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations
• Participate in training sessions to continuously develop skills

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Cook B or Kitchen Assistant
• Culinary studies (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
