Cook – Bojangles | Flowood, MS
Pay: $11.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 90 days and completion of training checklists
Job type: Full-time / Part-time
Shifts: Evening 2 p.m.–10 p.m. | Morning 6/7AM- 2/3 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare every order to recipe and standard, without shortcuts
• Meet speed targets while protecting taste and temperature
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready
• Hold your pace and quality when volume increases

What to Expect
This is a fast-paced, guest-facing position where friendliness and speed are both required. Reliable attendance is essential, since every shift is part of how the team delivers the guest experience.

Physical requirements

• Frequently bend, twist at waist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk
• Occasionally climb and descend a ladder
• Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures, and work in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises
• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for the entire shift, including reaching overhead
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
