Top of the Town Hotel Motel | Burnie, TAS

We’re looking for an experienced Cook or Chef to join our kitchen team at Top of the Town Hotel Motel in Burnie.

This is a casual position and would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy, friendly pub kitchen and can confidently jump in and be part of the team.

About you:

• Previous commercial kitchen experience is essential
• Confident with food preparation and cooking during service
• Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Reliable, organised and easy to work with
• Available for a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends

You don't necessarily need to be a qualified chef — we're happy to hear from experienced cooks who have solid commercial kitchen experience and know their way around a busy service.
