What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- จัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบ หั่น ผสม และตระเตรียมเครื่องปรุงล่วงหน้า
- ปรุงอาหารตามออเดอร์ให้ได้รสชาติ มาตรฐาน และความรวดเร็วตามสูตรของร้าน
- ควบคุมสต็อกวัตถุดิบ เช็กของสด และแจ้งยอดสั่งซื้อ
- ดูแลความสะอาดของพื้นที่ทำอาหาร เครื่องครัว และจานชาม
คุณสมบัติ:
- อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช./ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาอาหารและโภชนาการ คหกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (หากจบตรงสายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในครัวร้านอาหาร โรงแรม อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- คล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันช่วงเวลาเร่งด่วนได้ดี
- รักษาความสะอาด สุขอนามัย และเปิดรับฟังคำติชม
- ตรงต่อเวลา และมีระเบียบวินัย
