As part of our kitchen team, you’ll work alongside experienced chefs and be involved in the day-to-day preparation and service of our menu.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to our recipes and standards
• Completing daily food preparation and setting up for service
• Working a kitchen section during service, with support and training as required
• Maintaining consistent food quality, presentation and portioning
• Following food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures
• Receiving and correctly storing deliveries
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Developing your kitchen skills and gradually taking on greater responsibility

About You

Ideally, you will have some experience in a café, restaurant, pub, catering or other commercial kitchen environment. You’ll be reliable, organised and comfortable working at pace during busy services.

You’ll also:

• Have a genuine interest in cooking and food
• Be willing to learn and take direction
• Work well as part of a team
• Have good communication skills
• Take pride in producing consistent, well-presented food
• Be reliable and punctual
• Understand basic kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Be available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts

Chef qualifications are not required, and training will be provided for the right candidate.
