About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and passionate Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food preparation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced QSR/restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Follow FSSAI guidelines, SOPs, and kitchen procedures.
• Handle raw materials, ingredients, and kitchen equipment properly.
• Monitor stock usage and minimize food wastage.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.

Candidate Profile:

• 6-10 years of experience as a Cook in QSR, Restaurant, Hotel, Catering, or Food Service.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Culinary/Hospitality qualification will be an advantage.
