LINE/PREP COOK

The Colao Group is hiring a dependable and hardworking Line/Prep Cook to join our food service team in San Antonio.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep lists
• Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and portion standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures
• Assist with receiving and properly storing food and supplies
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food-service experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Texas Food Handler Certificate
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Schedule: Part-time or full-time availability, including some weekends.

Pay: Based on experience.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
