Crystola Roadhouse is seeking a dependable and hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate enjoys preparing quality food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing friendly, consistent service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Set up and maintain the kitchen, prep areas, and cooking stations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene requirements
• Ensure food is cooked, portioned, garnished, and presented properly
• Maintain accurate food preparation and storage practices
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Keep work areas, equipment, and dishes clean and organized
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and other kitchen staff
• Assist with receiving deliveries, food preparation, and closing duties
• Follow all company policies and Colorado health regulations

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
