We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing a wide variety of menu items including pasta dishes, salads, fried fish, garbage plates, burgers, hot dogs, subs, and wings. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy hours in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and inventory as needed
• Communicate and coordinate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Perform regular and thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment, surfaces, and tools
• Follow all safety procedures and kitchen protocols
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications:

Previous line cook or short-order cook experience preferred

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to take direction
• Willingness to do dishes, sweep, mop, and maintain a clean workspace
• Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
