Key Responsibilities

• · In-charge in the daily kitchen operations.
• · Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards.
• · Ensure ingredients are properly prepared, stored, and replenished.
• · Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• · Monitor food quality and portion consistency.
• · Assist in inventory control and stock management.
• · Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Cook.
• · Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Job Requirement/Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary or equivalent.
• At least 2 years cooking experience, preferably in a Japanese restaurant.
• With hands-on experience in Japanese Cuisine, especially Tonkatsu.
• Knowledge in frying techniques, food preparation, sauces, and plating.
• Familiar with proper food safety, sanitation and kitchen procedures.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Culinary/Japanese cuisine training is an advantage.
• Must be available to start ASAP.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
