This position is for our Extendicare Holyrood Home, located in Edmonton, Alberta**.**

What you’ll be doing

• Reviews regular and therapeutic menus and sets up equipment and supplies for food preparation.
• Prepares food and nourishments in accordance with prescribed diets.
• Maintains all required records and monitors quality and quantity of food.
• Directs Dietary Aides in basic food preparation procedures and in serving activities at mealtimes.
• Assumes responsibility for routine departmental operations in the absence of the Dietary Manager.

What you bring

• 1-2 years' minimum experience as a Cook
• Current Food Handler`s Certificate
