Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
• Assist in menu planning by contributing innovative ideas that enhance dining options and meet dietary needs
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and safety regulations
• Support food preparation activities including chopping, cooking, plating, and garnishing with precision and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service in a timely manner
• Assist with catering events and special meal preparations as needed, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Experience with food service operations including serving guests efficiently and courteously
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Pay: $17.00 - $18.30 per hour
