Cook

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Staff Cook to prepare meals for hotel staff while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals for hotel staff as per the planned menu.
• Ensure food is fresh, hygienic, and properly cooked.
• Manage food ingredients and minimize wastage.
• Maintain proper storage of food items and ingredients.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of staff meals.
• Follow hotel policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cook or Staff Cook preferred.
• Knowledge of basic Indian/kerala-style cooking.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
