- Prepare, cook and present high-quality silog, yang chow and Filipino-Chinese dishes..
- Demonstrate mastery in using a wok for stir-frying and other cooking techniques.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications:
- With experience in resto serving silogs, yang chow, fried rice and other Filiipino-chinese cuisine.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with in a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifting hours, including weekends and holidays.
