About the role

Responsible for preparing quality food and supporting daily kitchen operations efficiently. The Cook will work at BWork Uluwatu, positioned as the largest one-stop productivity hub in Uluwatu, combining work, leisure, and community into one seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation is clean, attractive, and served on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Support stock checking, ingredient preparation, and kitchen inventory control.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Assist Senior Cook or Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure smooth food delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Handle kitchen equipment properly and report maintenance issues when needed.
• Be disciplined, teamwork-oriented, and ready to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

About you

• A diploma or high school degree in hospitality management, business or a related field.
• Coworking or related field experiences.
• Experience working in a multinational company.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
• Bali Based.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• High sense of urgency and agility.
