Job Type: Full-time ( Night Time )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Diner Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is able to prepare, lunch, and dinner menu items in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

● Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

● Cook breakfast foods, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and daily specials.

● Set up and stock cooking stations before each shift.

● Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with health department regulations.

● Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

● Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.

● Properly store and label food items.

● Work efficiently with other kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy meal periods.

● Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

● Previous cooking or line cook experience preferred (diner experience is a plus).

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong time management and multitasking skills.

● Reliable attendance and punctuality.

● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

● Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
