Duties

• Assist in menu planning to ensure a variety of nutritious and appealing meal options
• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines
• Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols
• Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and managing serving stations
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
• Use knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance meal presentation and quality

Qualifications

• Previous experience is highly desirable
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant settings
• Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety practices
• Experience with food service operations, including catering and serving large groups
• Skilled in kitchen tasks such as knife handling, food presentation, and meal assembly
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
