Duties

• Assist with menu planning and meal preparation, ensuring all dishes meet dietary guidelines and presentation standards
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of meals, including fine dining options and catering events
• Serve meals to guests or residents with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
• Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with food plating
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences that prioritize guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in dietary services, dietary aide roles, or the food industry is highly preferred
• Flexible hours: must be able to work weekend shifts(Friday/Saturday) up to 2am
• Preferred with someone who has experience making fresh cooked burgers and wings
• Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling and safety practices
• Experience working in restaurant or catering environments is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
