Cook Responsibilities:

Duties include planning, food prep, cooking, cleaning, coordinating with Dietitian, and working with the dietary department in serving our residents. Cook will be responsible for a variety of diet texture preparation, including puree, ground and chopped diets.

Cook Requirements:

• It is preferred that Cooks and Dietary Aides have a minimum of a high school diploma or completed a GED program.

• Must be able to read and speak English.

• Nursing home, hospital, school or industrial cooking experience required.
