Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meals. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes while ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Handle food items safely, maintaining proper storage and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper food handling techniques.
• Proficiency with kitchen tools, including knives and cooking equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn new skills within the kitchen setting.
