Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality service for our guests. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food items in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards.
• Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including workstations, utensils, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist in inventory management by properly storing ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong cleaning skills and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: $194.38 - $234.09 per day
