What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Great Dane Pub recipes and standards.
• Execute each dish with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
• Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our quality and presentation standards.
• Assist with daily prep, stocking, and maintaining inventory throughout your shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Keep your station organized, stocked, and service-ready at all times.
• Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Help maintain the positive, professional kitchen culture we're building every day.

What We're Looking For

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques.
• Dependable, punctual, and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Pride in producing consistently great food.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused during busy services.
• Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset.
