Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for guests.
• Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours, supporting team members as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate supply needs to management proactively.
• Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
• Familiarity with meal preparation processes and handling various kitchen equipment.
