Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity
• Follow established recipes and food preparation procedures to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients
• Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with meal assembly, plating, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Support team members during busy service periods, fostering a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Prior experience with meal preparation and serving is preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
