Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist in meal plating and presentation to enhance visual appeal for guests.
• Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple orders and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Excellent skills in meal preparation, including chopping, grilling, sautéing, baking, and assembling dishes.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining efficiency during high-volume service.
• Good communication skills for working collaboratively with team members and serving staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and the importance of serving quality food promptly.
