Gypsum’s cook staff will work together to create incredible culinary creations for our guests. The back of the house must be a cohesive unit that works at the highest level to build our culinary program to one of the best in the city. Line cooks must be willing to cross train and work multiple stations during the lunch and dinner rushes. There must be a team mentality and “hospitality first” approach in the kitchen at Gypsum. Job Requirements and duties:

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Must be willing to assist with all aspects of the BOH operation

• Keep a tidy and polished workstation by detailing the kitchen daily

• Maintain a high level of urgency and attention to detail

• Arrive in uniform for shift

• Communicate all culinary needs to the BOH leadership team

• Complete the opening and closing checklists for the Cook position

• Willingness to learn and create new menu items

• Available Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays

• Willing to apply our company core beliefs to each shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
