We are looking for experienced passionate cooks to join our team. We are a FAST PACED FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for food preparation, be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals according to recipes, ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Positions Available:

• Lead Grill Cook $14-$20/hr DOE + Perfomance Bonuses Opening the kitchen and or closing the kitchen, including prepping the grill and fryers. Stocking all foods and items needed for food preparation. Rotation of stock. Prep ready to use items such as cutting vegetables. Leading fellow kitchen staff to making sure the food gets out in a timely manner. Keeping kitchen clean. Having fun with a small staff but also leadership to help run a successful kitchen. Assist with ordering.
• Grill Cook $14-$18/hr DOE + Perfomance Bonuses Opening the kitchen and or closing the kitchen, including prepping the grill and fryers. Stocking all foods and items needed for food preparation. Rotation of stock. Prep ready to use items such as cutting vegetables. Leading fellow kitchen staff to making sure the food gets out in a timely manner. Fast paced flat top grill experience
• Fry Cook/Prep Cook $14-$17/hr DOE + Perfomance Bonuses Prepare the fry cook area, prep all foods to be cooked in fry area and in the rest the kitchen. This includes cutting fresh potatoes, and fish. Prep fresh foods such as cutting vegetables making house homemade items. Turning on fryers and knowledge of how to use fryers, oil levels and temperatures. Cleaning fry area during and after shift or at close. Assist in carrying out orders when needed. Assist in general clean-up of front and back-of the house. Dish washing items as needed. Fry Cook knowledge, internal temperature knowledge.
• Prep Cook/Line Cook $13-$17/hr DOE + Perfomance Bonuses Prepare the line/prep cook area. Prep all foods to be used in all areas of the kitchen. This includes cutting fresh potatoes, and fish, making house made items, features and specials. Prep fresh foods such as cutting vegetables making house homemade items. Flat top grill knowledge. Cleaning during and after shift or at close. Prep salad cart. Making food in the line. Assist in general clean-up of back-of the house. Dish washing items as prepping.

• Prepare meals and side dishes according to customers' needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Have knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Adhere to health department regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Prepare food in a timely manner

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
