About the role

We are looking for a full-time Cook for MARANELLO BROS PTY LTD T/as Maranello's located at 51/737 Anzac Parade, Maroubra NSW 2035, Australia. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Chef and will form a key part of a team responsible for providing high-quality food and service in this fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing dishes on our menu
• Developing and changing the menu from time to time as required
• Training and mentoring subordinates in the kitchen
• Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen
• Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Stock rotation and reordering
• Presentation and plating of food
• Ability to work in a team

About you

• Must be experienced working as a Cook
• Must have AQF Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
• Must have experience worked as Cook for more than 1 years
• Very good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen

Benefits

• Salary between $80,000 - $85,000
