We are looking for a talented, dependable, and customer-focused Cook who takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality meals while helping create an outstanding dining experience for the seniors we proudly serve.

What You'll Do As a Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional meals while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing delicious, nutritious meals following recipes and Signature Dining standards
• Following production sheets to ensure meals are prepared efficiently and accurately
• Cooking food to proper temperatures while maintaining freshness and presentation
• Ensuring all meals are served with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
• Practicing safe food handling and maintaining excellent sanitation standards
• Properly storing, labeling, dating, and rotating food products
• Completing meal production records accurately
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen
• Supporting fellow culinary team members to ensure exceptional service every day
• Serving as a shift leader for the kitchen when needed in the absence of the Director of Signature Dining or Sous Chef

• Has strong attention to detail and food safety practices

• Values hospitality and exceptional customer service
• Enjoys serving older adults with compassion and respect

Qualifications Preferred:

• At least one year of food service experience
• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, country clubs, healthcare, or senior living communities

Required:

• Strong customer service skills and commitment to excellence
• Ability to read recipes, production sheets, and communicate effectively in English
• Current Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Annual continuing education as required
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing:
