Cook

We are a small residential home in a rural setting.
We are seeking a cook to join our team. As a cook you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals in our homely care setting. If you have a love for home cooking , we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor food quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications:
-Experience in home cooking desirable

• Good knowledge of meal preparation
• Excellent understanding of food safety practices
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious homely dishes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.11 per hour
