Job Title: Kitchen Staff / Cook

Compensation: $17+ an hour base pay (based on experience) plus tip pool

Schedule: 15-30 hours a week
Business hours:
Weekdays 330pm-930pm Weekends 630am-930pm

Must be available to work weekend hours.

Job Purpose: Kitchen Staff / Cook is to ensure good quality food is delivered to our guests in a timely manner. Kitchen experience preferred but not required.

• Understands that cleanliness, safety and sanitation are essential to daily operation. Maintaining an orderly, clean, and safe work environment (sweeps, mops, vacuums, keeps aisles clear, etc.) is required.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
• Brings potentially systematic problems that require immediate action to the attention of Ownership.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by ownership.

Kitchen Staff / Cook:

• Take Direction From Kitchen manager, and ownership
• Light prep
• Stocking
• Primarily Fryer and Flat top cooking
• Cleaning
