Responsibilities
- Set up workstations and maintain a clean kitchen at all times
- Cook dishes to business standards-follow recipes
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Must know how to place orders and be able to shop when needed
Qualifications
- Prior 2 years breakfast and lunch experience as a line cook
- Familiarity with kitchen set up of breakfast & lunch menu
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
