Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Taquera/Taquero to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating authentic Mexican dishes. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals that reflect our commitment to excellent food service and culinary excellence.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, ensuring authenticity and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs when required.
• Ensure all food service operations run smoothly during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

Starting pay is $20/hr.
