Duties

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipe
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Support food preparation activities including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
• Serve meals in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold health standards
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service and catering events as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in fast paced kitchen
• Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential
• Skills in knife handling
