1. POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for executing station-specific menu items (Chinese wok, Pakistani handi/tandoor, Continental grills/fryers, and Italian pastas/pizzas) in accordance with standardized recipes, quality guidelines, and hygiene protocols.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OPERATIONAL DUTIES

· Prepare, season, and cook raw ingredients for designated kitchen stations following Cafe Mosaic standard recipes.

· Maintain station prep (mise-en-place) prior to peak service hours to ensure rapid food delivery.

· Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations, equipment, knives, and cooking utensils strictly adhering to food safety norms.

· Monitor ingredient freshness, report spoiled or low-stock items immediately to the Head Chef.

· Cross-cover adjacent kitchen stations during staff absence or rush hours.

3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

· Education: Matriculation or Intermediate with vocational culinary training.

· Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a line cook or station cook in reputable restaurants or commercial kitchens.

· Skills: Proficient knife skills, station preparation efficiency, heat control, and deep familiarity with multi-cuisine cooking.

· Classic Margherita & Pepperoni Pizzas

· Truffle Mushroom Pizza

· Chinese Kitchen Station:

· Kung Pao Chicken

· Crispy Chicken Manchurian

· Wok-Tossed Chicken Chow Mein

· Dry Chilli Chicken

· Dry Chilli Beef

· Cashew Chicken

· Pakistani Kitchen Station:

· Royal Beef Nihari

· Chicken & Beef Qeema

· Traditional Khagina

· Aloo & Gurr Parathas

5. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) & QMS BENCHMARKS

· Station order fulfillment time within standard ticket limits.

· Zero recipe deviation or customer plate returns due to taste or cooking errors across all assigned dishes.

· Flawless station cleanliness and sanitation before and after shift.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
