Full-Time Cook

Location: Canora, Saskatchewan

We are a casual family restaurant located in Canora, a small town in Saskatchewan, and we are looking for a reliable Full-Time Cook to join our team.

We serve familiar, casual food in a friendly environment. We’re not a fancy restaurant—we’re simply looking for someone who is comfortable working in a kitchen, can follow recipes and instructions, and takes pride in preparing good, consistent food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Work with the grill, fryer, oven and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep
• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Work together with other kitchen and restaurant staff
• Maintain consistent food quality and portion sizes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen or cooking experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be available for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
• Food Safe certification is an asset
