Tasks/Job Duties:

• Prepare full meals and individual dishes according to established recipes and food presentation standards;
• Store prepared and unprepared food items and maintain an inventory;
• Prepare kitchen for service periods;
• Uphold health and safety standards and regulations in the kitchen;
• Cooking, assembling, and plating dishes or components of dishes;
• Keep workstation clean and hygienic;
• Work with senior chefs for menu planning, kitchen supply and food inventory;
• Oversee and train other kitchen staff including line cooks and prep cooks.

Pay: $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
