Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications, recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene by following proper handling procedures and cleaning protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate to ensure timely service
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with safety standards in production and food handling regulations
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized throughout shifts to promote a safe working environment

Skills

• Previous experience departments as cook is wanted
• Oklahoma health department food handler Certificate is required.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and ensuring smooth operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food industry settings

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
