Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and experience in fast-paced kitchen environments. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
• Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.

Skills

• Experience in the food industry, particularly within restaurant or catering environments.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and meal preparation techniques is preferred.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
• A creative approach to cooking with an understanding of flavor profiles and presentation techniques.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing menus or dietary needs as required.

• Tuesday: CLOSED
• Wednesday: 7am - 7pm
• Thursday: 7am - 7pm
• Friday: 7am - 8pm
• Saturday: 7am - 7pm
• Sunday: 7am - 2pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.55 - $15.50 per hour
