This cook position is available at the Holiday Inn Dallas Market Center Love Field Food and Beverage Department for full-service breakfast (from 5:30am -12:00pm) and dinner (from 4:00pm - 11:30pm). ****ASK FOR RUDY****

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes

• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards

• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• Previous experience working in a culinary or food service role

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods

• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds)

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
