The Dietary Cook is responsible for high quality food production and presentation, menu cycles and maintaining a safe, sanitary and organized work environment. The Dietary Cook communicates purchasing needs and follows food guidelines set by department of health regulatory codes and company specifications. Experience cooking on a large scale for at least 1 year is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate!
