Cook – Galleon Inn, Broad Haven

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cook to join our new kitchen team at the Galleon Inn in Broad Haven.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy pub environment and wants to develop their skills within a friendly team.

The Role

• 16 hours per week guaranteed
• Additional hours available as and when required
• Full-time hours available during peak periods and busy times
• Extra shifts available to cover the Head Chef's days off and holidays
• Working alongside the Head Chef to deliver a consistent, high-quality food service
• Preparing and cooking food to our menu standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Helping with stock rotation, preparation and general kitchen duties

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Passionate about food and enjoys working as part of a team
• Able to work calmly in a busy kitchen
• Willing to learn and develop their cooking skills
• Ideally experienced in a pub, restaurant or similar kitchen environment

Level 2 Food Hygiene is preferred, but it is not essential. If you don't currently have the qualification, training can be provided.

Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but we are also happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn and train up.
