through our food, beverage, and service.

The Role:
As a Trailer Cook, you are crucial to our ability to provide a safe meal for our guests in a timely
manner while adhering to Health Code and Recipe Specs. Your attention to recipe detail,
consistent application of safe food handling techniques, and strong organizational skills will
propel you far in this position.You bring the menu to life and enhance the experience of every
guest we serve.

• Consistent adherence to recipe spec - making the recipe the right way every time
• Solid Multi-tasking abilities - ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a
  fast paced environment
• Strong and efective communicator - ability to communicate with multiple departments to
  align the best experience for our team
• Consistent application of safe food handling and safe knife handling
• Strong Time Management skills - ability to plan ahead and eficiently operate your station

  Responsibilities Include:
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment during your shift
• Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand- Adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Correctly and efectively apply safe food handling practices throughout your shift
• Adhering to prep recipes
• Applying safe knife handling skills
• Adhering to plating guides
• Ability to read and write English
• Sweep and scrub floors
• Emptying trash cans as needed
• Ensuring Dumpster Pad is clean and organized
• Communicating efectively with our team
• Assisting other team members as needed to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Stands/Walks 4 to 8 hours per shift
• Reaches, lifts, and bends, frequently and may require lifting as much as 50lbs
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
