Job Title: Cook (Filipino Cuisine)

Company Overview: We are a growing food service company providing high-quality culinary solutions across our corporate canteens, central commissary, and catering services. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cook to join our dynamic team and prepare delicious, authentic Filipino dishes.

Job Summary: As a Cook, you will prepare and cook a variety of Filipino dishes for daily corporate canteen operations, commissary food preparation, and catering events. You will ensure high standards of food safety, quality, taste, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook standard Filipino menu items in large batches for corporate canteen service and catering functions.
• Assist in food preparation, portioning, and packaging within the central commissary.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work stations in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook, with specialized expertise in Filipino cuisine.
• Prior experience in a corporate canteen, central commissary, or catering environment is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of standard food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen setting.
• Must be willing to process standard pre-employment documents: NBI Clearance, Health Card, and Chest X-ray.
• Must have no visible tattoos.

Pay: From Php850.00 per day
