We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in meal preparation and food service within our restaurant. This position requires a strong understanding of food preparation techniques, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in meal preparation for catering events and special occasions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food safety regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
• Utilize various kitchen tools, including knives and cooking equipment, safely and effectively.
• Help manage inventory by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Support the dietary aide team in meeting the specific dietary needs of residents or customers as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality food service.
