About the role

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Cook specializing in Chinese Cuisine to prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and proper kitchen procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to the required recipes and standards
• Ensure the quality, taste, presentation, and proper portioning of food
• Prepare ingredients and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking area
• Properly store and handle food ingredients
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist in maintaining adequate supplies and ingredients
• Perform other related duties as assigned

About you

• Experience in cooking Chinese Cuisine is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work with a team
• Willing to learn and follow company procedures
• Relevant experience as a Cook is an advantage
