About the Role

Take the lead in our kitchen! We are looking for a skilled Cook to oversee daily food preparation, execute standard recipes, and ensure all food orders are prepared and presented in an appealing and clean manner. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in running a clean, efficient kitchen, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard company recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a spotless, organized workspace, including all stations, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste to drive efficiency.
• Ensure absolute freshness of raw ingredients and strictly follow Food Safety and Sanitation Guidelines.
• Partner with store employees and assist in training new kitchen staff on techniques and store procedures.

About You

• Experience: 1+ years of proven experience as a Cook or Kitchen Staff in a restaurant setting.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong basic cooking knowledge, with the ability to maintain composure and collaborate effectively during peak rush hours. (NCII/NC2 in Cookery is a major advantage!)
