COOK / COMMIS CHEF
Job Description:
* Bertanggung jawab atas food preparation, proses memasak, dan penyajian makanan sesuai standar perusahaan.
* Menjalankan operasional kitchen ala carte maupun kitchen production sesuai kebutuhan.
* Memastikan kualitas, rasa, porsi, kebersihan, dan keamanan makanan sesuai standar.
* Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area kerja serta peralatan kitchen.
* Mematuhi SOP, standar hygiene & sanitation, serta food safety.
* Bekerja sama dengan tim kitchen untuk memastikan operasional berjalan dengan baik.
Kualifikasi:
* Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Cook/Commis Chef atau posisi yang setara.
* Memiliki kemampuan dasar food preparation dan teknik memasak.
* Memahami hygiene, sanitation, dan food safety.
* Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, cekatan, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
* Bersedia ditempatkan di Gading Serpong.
