Job Duties:

• Prepare wide variety of authentic Indian dishes
• Follow the established recipes and preparation methods to ensure consistency, quality and adherence to company standards
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion control
• Assist in developing new, innovative dishes and specials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food-handling regulations.
• Safely operate and handle all kitchen equipment, tools, and appliances according to proper procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; record usage of food items, check deliveries, and report shortages or discrepancies as needed.

Employment Requirements/Work Experience:

• At least 1-2 years work experience in commercial kitchen
• experience with ethnic Indian food an asset

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
